Michael was so great in helping me to find areas that might be of interest for me as I thought about moving provinces from Ontario to Nova Scotia. He was my ears and eyes when I couldn’t be there and showed me what to look for when looking at a house. He helped me find really great people to work with for my mortgage, house inspection, legal paperwork and was extremely patient as we waited for the sellers of our house to get things in order at their end. He kept good communication throughout and I felt well looked after by him throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him, whether you are moving from far away or are from the province.

Worked with Michael Keating to get my house sold. He is quick, professional, responsive (got responses less than 24 hours), and smart. He built a good strategy for the sale. He also offered a wonderful photography with drone photos and video which are, I believe, one of essential factors resulting in the success. My house was eventually sold overasking (4.8% higher than a asking price). Michael also often check in on me to see if I have any questions or need any assistance for a big day - closing day. He jumped in and solved problems quick and smoothly that help all parties have less stress during the whole process. Thank Michael and his team.
