Great experience from beginning to end with Metro’s Asbestos Abatement work. Jamie and his crew (Josh and Fred) carried out all work to specifications and regulations and left the house clean and undamaged. Jamie’s quotes were spot on and all work was completed in the time frame he said. We were dealing with tight time frames due to the house being sold and Metro was able to quickly quote, remediate and finish the job for us. I have to say that I am 100% satisfied with my dealings with Metro Contract Management and their employees and management. Thanks again.

Metro found asbestos in our old vents which they removed/sealed quickly for us. Jamie has since come by to view a couple other problem areas in our home. Fortunately these turned out to be no problem at all. We appreciated Jamie coming out to our house even when we did not require his service again. He doesn't use fear as a sales tactic but speaks direct and truthfully. We will continue to call Jamie at Metro for all our mold concerns in the future.

I know it's a bit late, but I wanted to share my experience with Metro Contract Management. They did a fantastic job in October 2024, and although I promised to leave a review, I didn't get the chance until now.
Metro Contract Management removed all the exposed asbestos from my house, and I am fully satisfied with their services. I initially spoke with Jamie over the phone and showed him what needed to be done via a WhatsApp call. He then coordinated the team according to my timeline, and they did an outstanding job.

Is love an emotion too strong to convey how one feels about an abatement and inspection company

Jamie was able to get my tests done quickly, and put my mind at ease about certain things, and raised my awareness about others. Upon suspecting asbestos in a wall, he came by the next morning first thing to take samples and give me more insight into things like Asbestos, Lead, Silica etc.

I have used Metro several times since first meeting Jamie a short while ago. When abatement is not necessary, he is honest. When there is a test-positive or visual-positive, he lays out options such as containment to abatement and at no point have I ever been sold or pressured into any services. He is all about precautions and awareness and I cannot say enough how much I appreciate knowing what precautions to take when working around the home and

And the crew is fantastic. I've met Ross and Josh and they are spectacular! Very hard workers, extremely impressive cleanup. Proper abatement set-up does take time, but still, I am very happy with job completion time especially for how meticulous they are...If they did regular house cleaning, I would hire them for that.

Responsiveness is also amazing. The staff at Metro seem to understand that finding a hazardous material during a project is both frustrating because it slows you down, and also anxiety inducing...because most people don't like being exposed to asbestos or lead or mould. If I have a test-positive, or I uncover something Jamie can usually get the team out the next morning first thing.

Jamie is very understanding, very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and does everything to raise awareness without freaking you out...depending on the level of danger I'm sure. The same goes for the crews at Metro.

Every abatement I have had done so far has been on short notice, and every time Jamie and the team have been able to help me out very quickly.

Work I have had done by Metro in the last month:
- Asbestos removal from ventilation, on 3 separate occasions
- Asbestos Tile removal
- Cutting out a section of flooring that tested super-high for lead concentration.

And going forward, I will likely have many more fun surprises I will need Metro's help with.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Jaime who was very helpful in giving me an honest estimate for asbestos abatement. I would highly recommend calling Metro Contract (and asking for Jaime) before doing any sort of work.
