Mercedes deserves 10+ stars!!! Mercedes came to us highly recommended and we see why! To say that Mercedes has gone over and above what a realtor does is an understatement!! Deciding to move was the hardest decision my husband and I have ever had to make. This was his family home, born and raised in it and we've shared it for 34 years, and we love it, so this decision did not come easy.
What poor Mercedes has been through with us - ohh boy! The million of ups/downs/sideways emotions one goes thought when making a huge decision like this and the "what the hell have we done" that was repeated through tears and sleepless nights more times than I will admit to. But she walked us through it all, her support, her caring, her kind words of encouragement, her understanding, her knowledge of real estate industry and the list goes on, she was there for us. We are now on the other side of those emotions - we got the house we fell in love with months ago (which has had 2 conditional offers on it - both fell though) but I knew it was ours (manifesting works!). Our closing date is fast approaching and we are over the moon with happiness and we can't wait to start on our new adventure!
Mercedes was not only our agent, she was our rock/anchor when we needed it most. She is always welcome in our home and is forever in our hearts! We are proud to call her friend!
