My husband & I, after reviewing three Builders to quote on re-building our cottage in Georgian Bay, selected Melcor Homes & Contracting Inc. What a great decision we made back in 2023!

From the time we met Cory, he discussed with us firstly, the importance of building a trusted relationship. He was most patient & took the time during the pre-contract stage to review the many many questions we had (as we had not had any experience in building anything prior) which included many Conference Calls & On-Site meetings, to discuss the new structure, the drawings & the Building Contract details to achieve what we were looking for with reassurance.

We are so pleased!! As we have received occupancy in September 2025, one year later to the start date as expected in our build contract with Melcor Homes - Completed with a Five Star Service Rating!

Our cottage/home is stunning & beautiful inside-out - And we consistently have neighbours, friends, family, strangers including people who just drive by and stop, to admire the structure, sharing with us amazing feedback.

Melcor Homes focuses on top grade workmanship with consistency throughout our build that provided a sense of confidence as each phase progressed forward to completion with special focus on our Engineered Roof & Framing structure not to mention the A-Class finishes which we had selected.
