We'd been to this place for a year and I would say this place is peaceful with lots of green (and white during winter) and open spaces. The Property Management (Manager during our time was Megnah) was very responsive and quick to act on our requests. The size of the 2BR unit was perfect for us and what I miss the most is the kitchen window. While cooking, I get to the outside view, the greens, or the kids when playing. Finally, the place is very affordable and convenient, just behind Kelsey's along Oxford Rd. Super near to bus stops, schools, pharmacy, and groceries! Super recommended.

If I could give a negative review I would.
The building management has become a joke i had a flood back in July and have called multiple times about the floor having red and black mold and they refuse to fix it yet they said they would fix the floors as the flood damaged it. The repairs are still not done. The building manager is never in the office most months its 9-13 days no one is in the office and for 5 months in a row she was not in the office on the first of the month the day prior or the second of the month. Wondering how this is allowed.

As a tenant - living in Boardwalk for close to a year, I really want to take some time to share my experience and appreciate the Property Manager, Meghna, who addressed all our concerns in a timely manner with respect to the housing problems and the way she respond to the issues are quite impressive. Please keep the momentum and continue the same.

In particular, an heartfelt thanks to Leslie and Alex from the maintenance team and their friendly nature keeps the boardwalk so hospitable. I would recommend this property for those who are looking for a budget-friendly apartment with very good maintenance support.

I recently toured this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The unit I saw was spacious, well-maintained, and featured modern appliances. The building itself is in a great location, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, which adds to the convenience. The property manager, Meghna, was professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and provided detailed information about the lease terms and community policies.

Overall, I was very impressed with the apartment and the complex. It’s definitely at the top of my list as I continue my search.

The location is ideal, situated near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Abit overpriced for a 3 story walk up with no luxury amenities. Some buildings as had numerous issues with roach infestations and bedbugs. Leslie the building cleaner is great, she is what a company should stand behind. She is consistent, friendly, efficient and an amazing worker. Alex is a hard worker as well but can tell stretched pretty thin. You can't always reach someone at the office which can be a pain. There is no security for the building or the property. I feel like Boardwalk needs some more work and less greed. Hense the 3 star.

Let me state a few facts. I moved in several years ago when a guy named Tyler was in the office. We were told we would have a fully renovated apartment with a balcony and didn’t receive either of those things. Since then we have nothing but issues here.

Since management has changed recently our issues have increased! Maghna doesn’t seem to care about the tenants unless she has built a personal relationship with them, she is next to impossible to get a hold of. The only way we have been able to get an immediate response is going to the office where we try to have a discussion and we get cut off or excuse after excuse. I have been told for MANDATORY maintenance my rent will be increased!

Alex the maintenance guy is spectacular, he is kind friendly and cares about tenants. He goes above and beyond. When he comes to do a job he interacts with everyone in the unit even the kids. He will do the job communicate to see if there are any other small jobs that can be done before he leaves. He also fights for mandatory maintenance to be done for tenants.

Leslie is a gem and I hope she never leaves, she is like extended family to use now. She is cleaning six building on her own and does an astonishing job. She says hello to the children and is super friendly. She has even seen us struggling to carry groceries upstairs and has helped us a few times. She goes above and beyond, I have so much respect for her.
