Lived in an apartment managed by McGillois for 3 years, truly a seamless and enjoyable experience. The landlords were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The apartment was newly renovated in a central and accessible location, with brand new furniture and appliances. If anything rarely went wrong, it was fixed almost immediately. Lastly, these landlords are genuine and will explain anything regarding rental rules and bylaws, always keeping your best interests in mind. Truly, a pleasurable experience living with them for 3 years.

Stayed in an apartment on Rue Prince Arthur for 2 years with McGillois as the landlords. They were always receptive to messages regarding the apartment and able to help within 1-2 days. The apartment was in great shape, the furniture was perfect for the apartment and the location was perfect for students. They are fair and kind landlords, but with all non-quebecers who want to rent in Quebec- familiarize yourself with tenant law. We were very lucky that these landlords were well versed in our rights and theirs AND provided/confirmed our own understanding of the laws. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to live in downtown Montreal- new to renting in Quebec and otherwise!

I lived in an apartment owned by McGillois on Rue Prince Arthur St W from spring 2022-2024. It was an awesome location (close to university, two grocery stores, etc.) and the apartment was in great shape with nice furniture. Also, the landlords were always willing to help/problem solve when needed, and will respond quickly. I highly recommend renting from them if you have the opportunity!

Lived here for 3 years, the landlords are by far the best I have ever had. Super quick with communication and fixing anything if ever need be. No surprises, and newly renovated units. Would highly recommend for McGill students or otherwise.

Stayed for a couple of months in one of their recently refurbished apartments in the McGill ghetto. Clean, modern and reasonably-priced. Responsive and caring landlords, place was much better managed than other locations I have stayed at in Montreal. Highly recommend them

I stayed at the location on Hutchison back in 2020. The apartment is very modern, spacious , close to McGill campus and is super close to the grocery store Provigo which is super convenient specially during Canadian winters. Jean-Martin Payeur and Lawrence Brossard, the two landlords were always willing to help and always answered really fast inquiries regarding the apartment on Facebook.
