We recently purchased an air conditioner from McCrea’s Climate Care and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Will, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our purchase.

The technicians were also fantastic: professional, friendly, and left everything spotless after installation. A few days later, we had a small technical issue during a heat warning, and they came to the rescue later that same afternoon—talk about dedication and service!

Today MCrea’s replaced our old gas fireplace. Dustin and Avery were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did the replacement, explained the features and left the area neat and tidy. We switched over from oil heating to gas. The thought of all the work that needed to be done overwhelmed me for years and I kept putting off the change over. “I’ll do it next spring.” And next spring, and next spring, and so on. After simply speaking with customer service rep. Carly, she had us all set up and switched over with a new gas furnace and central air conditioning system within a handful of days. The technicians Chris and Avery were efficient, clean and so professional! So impressed they drained and removed our old oil tank and furnace in under a hour! They didn’t seem to mind our two excitable dogs and gave them lots of pets. Fabien was hands down amazing and gave me a full tour of all our new equipment! I feel so much more comfortable and safer with our new furnace!

Our previous experience with other contractors was they didn't try to fix the problem and they were pushy with sales. With McCreas Climate Care, they were friendly and professional. They tried to fix our air conditioner and when they couldn't, they provided lots of options. They were informative and answered all our questions. This made us feel good about our decisions. The installers work was well done and they left no mess behind. We thank McCreas Climate Care for making our problem a lot less stressful and for helping us fix the problem within such a short time span.

Where do I start
I have been curious about heat pumps as an alternative to oil and wood for a long time but until my husband passed away last fall it didn’t feel like an urgent decision; he had always provided us with lots of wood for a wonderful, cozy house.
I had a few people come to talk to me about heat pumps but until I met the team at McCrae’s I didn’t feel ready to commit. It was certainly the one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Just decide on the temperature you feel comfortable with and no further adjustment is needed; it’s incredibly accurate.
The team at McCrae’s is phenomenal; the product and service are amazing.
I will continue to recommend them to friends who have expressed an interest in Heat Pumps or anything else provided by McCrae’s. They are always just a phone call away and unlike many companies I’ve dealt with over the years, they answers their calls promptly.

Our furnace pump died, and the team was quick to respond with options including a new furnace or repair and managed to get the new one installed within a week! Great service, quick response and very courteous and professional.

McCrea's just installed a new Gas water heater for us. We are very happy with the company and the installation. McCrea's has been taking care of our furnace and A/C for 6-7 years and we are quite satisfied with the service we receive. The ladies in the office are also wonderful to deal with.
