Have to give 1 star because won't let me post otherwise. Deserves Zero or no stars. Stay as far away from Maxworth Signature Homes, Shaker , Harpreet , or anyone else associated with this builder. I signed a contract in January of 2023 to have a duplex built. They are full of nothing but lies and excuses and empty promises. Have been through numerous possession letters, still no duplex. Had a dream of building a duplex and living next door to my son and his new family. Not going to happen. They don't return calls, are constantly unavailable. Taking money from customers and investing it in other projects or ventures and not staying committed to those the money was intended for is a very poor business practice. In conversation with other clients, it appears I am not the only victim. I just want my money back, and everything else I am owed.

Had a great experience with Maxworth Signature Homes in Sherwood Park. Shaker and Harpreet were really easy to work with. We were delayed by 2 months, but honestly, it was all good in the end. I've seen my relatives stuck with a different builder who delayed by 7 months, so I’m happy with how things turned out. Overall, they did a solid job and the house looks great!

Building our first home with Maxworth Homes was fantastic. Their quality and service were top-notch, and they felt more like family than builders. Totally recommend them for their awesome upgrades and great value.

Maxworth's owner is a big liar. I have tiles in all the washrooms in my house but from day one all the tiles are exposed which is dangerous for my 5 year old son. I told him but he doesn't care. One day my son got injured and was bleeding profusely from the tiles. We bought the house 2 years ago but he always gave me one week to two weeks but two years have passed but I am still waiting. Even not only times issue, there is lots of issue. So, please please don't trust Maxworth.
I am editing review after three year. We bought house before three year. Still work not done. Also he is not returning money. We called too many time but he is not replying so please don’t trust with Shekhar. That’s a big lier person.

Shaker and Harpreet did a fantastic job.
Built Quality speaks for itself, as compared to some other houses, we saw.

Our possession date was extended by 1.5 months but with such a beautiful construction, its 100% justified.

I give this builder a negative star. Don't waste your time or money on this builder. You will regret it in the end unless you want to work with someone that takes your money and never communicates with you again.
Unprofessional, untrustworthy, lack of communication, breach of contract, don't uphold their commitment, just to name a few.
We signed a contact May 2023 and still no progress or communication about timelines. They changed the building plans and never reviewed the changes with us or got our approval.
Would NEVER recommend this builder. I have nothing good to say about the company or the owner and his employees. It's been a nightmare and very frustrating trying to deal with them.

Building a home is an emotional process and Maxworth team always took care of it and made sure that everything is done according to our wish.
