India-Nicole Jones and India Jones tag teamed the buying side on a listing transaction of mine. India stepped out for a few days to go on vacation and I was VERY impressed with how smoothly the hand off went to her partner and she finished it off when she came back. Even though both of them worked on the transaction, the communication was top notch and they were very responsive. It was like there was only ever 1 buying agent! We had the pleasure of being referred to Susan Field from Maxwell Polaris Realty through family as we are from BC and relocated to Edmonton. From our initial email conversations until the taking possession of our new home, Susan has gone above and beyond in all aspects of our dealings together. We had a short window to find and make an offer on a home, and we asked to see homes all over Edmonton as we were unfamiliar with the area. She took us to see whatever was available as the market was very busy and homes were selling quickly, then found us a home in great area at a reasonable price. She gave us excellent references for a home inspector and mortgage broker, both of whom were exceptional as well.
Susan also continues to help us in many ways after the home sale has completed, offering advice for us as new residents here, and further recommendations for contractors to assist us with our home. Susan is a true professional and added a personal touch that is seldom seen these days. We would strongly recommend Susan to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Our dealings with one of their agents was very unprofessional. Agent showed up 1.5 hours late to scheduled 24 hour walk thru, was rude, parked pretty much in the middle of the road, invited a contractor into the house during the walk through to “inspect” the plumbing. Keys released to buyer before funds were received. Buyers showed up an hour before scheduled closing time and actual closing time was over 4 hours late.

Pam Dhaliwal Realtor ( Maxwell Polaris) was truly exceptional. She was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. I purchased a newly constructed house. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about process and negotiat the price at her very best. I truly appreciate her input and relied on her heavily. Unfair deal by one of it's realtors. Not disclosing the name. My realtor submitted an offer. One of it's realtor kept it with them for 2 days. He got back to us said they accepted the offer. We signed the deal this morning and everything went well. This unprofessional realtor and his seller played a very unethical game, declined our offer this evening. Un ethical and unprofessional people. Never submit an offer to these people.
