Your homes are lovely. However, it truly would have been a better experience if your representatives had offered more detailed help and recommendations. We also were expecting a different home to view. Unfortunately, the home you advertised for sale on your website was not the home we viewed at Stillwater. This was a huge disappointment for us 😪 and the price points when comparing the two houses were extremely different 😕 and outside of our budget. Thank you 😊

Horrible experience with this builder in Edmonton West. They never want to accept responsibility for their mistakes in building workmanship. "Smoke and mirrors" when it comes to defects. The garage floor sunk, the driveway separated from the foundation, incompatible parts for the Fatntech HRV, and many more. We had medical treatment for 7 months of exposure to sewer gas in a newly built home.

Please don't believe their hype and become prey for them. They will work against you when it comes to home warranty claims you are entitled to.

If you can, please find another builder, but do your diligence before you sign any agreement.

I've recently bought a home here I've yet to move in I will update this review at the time we pick up the keys so far the team at Mattamy Still-water has gone above and beyond to help us with our first home purchase, special thanks to Fady and Karen for being professional and quickly responding to any of our questions.

Well we moved in a few weeks ago and it's hard for us to say anything negative about the staff at Mattamy Still-water and our new home the finish is absolutely perfect we had a few paint touch up a part from that 100%

I went to Stillwater to inquire about homes instead of the sales team following up me and my husband end up calling back leaving voicemails to get answers to our questions . The sales team is definitely not proactive and leave you hanging and in meantime we might end up loosing the lot that we selected. I was really keen on buying the house and had some definite questions , I was told by the team that they will get back to us in the evening and it’s 2 days didn’t hear anything from them .

My home was two years old when I brought my sunken and cracked driveway to the attention of Mattamy homes. I contacted them in August 2023 and I’m still getting the runaround or IGNORED by their team!! They haven’t replied to any of my emails since October 16, 2023.
NOW, I get a letter in the mail from The City of Edmonton in regards to a $10,000 bill that Mattamy Homes owes the City in regards to landscaping around my block.
Guess they’re not answering the City either! 🙁
