Honestly have to give it to these guys for working efficiently and getting the job done.

They’re redoing our sidewalks right now and as much of a pain it is for everyone to have to find additional parking, they have been kind and diligent while getting the job done as quickly as possible.

The one reason I knock a star off is because some additional “heads up” would be appreciated when it comes to moving vehicles as we have children at home… I haven’t been able to leave the house in days because the stroller can’t get out of the driveway(s) and my car is parked blocks and blocks away. Lol.

We live in a new area and have seen some really terrible contractors in the area so this has been appreciated.

I don’t have Bluetooth so I couldn’t call the police while driving. One of their trucks, license plate starts with Z with a full load of board with nails (unsecured) was driving EXTREMELY erratically. I would have called 911 but I had to pull over and couldn’t get the information.

He was splitting lanes. Tailgating within inches of cars AND A MOTORCYCLE, and driving in two lanes and in shoulder lanes. Phone number didn’t answer so I’m leaving this review. Clearly based on other reviews this is a regular thing. Will never give these people business and will spread the word.

They were hired to fix sidewalks in my neighbourhood, the people who demolished the old sidewalks where great; however, the people pour the concrete took up all the parking blocking community members from using it. The next crew that was fixing the street kept on ringing my doorbell despite my partner saying I couldn't move my car due to a work conference call. I had to apologize to those attending the conference call due to the distribution that their unprofessional teams caused. Then I came outside and again, they were taking up all the parking on the other side of the street... Tell your teams to plan better and ask people to move their cards well in advance and not when you get to their property.

The guys who drive their trucks are truly braindead morons, this is the second time I have almost been in an accident with their trucks. Today I almost got sideswiped by one of them because he didnt want to wait in the line of cars he was already in and pulled out without a signal or shouldercheck. Seriously learn how to drive.

I had a poor experience with one of their construction barriers being placed in a blind spot and ended up doing damage to my truck. The company covered half the repair and even hand delivered the check to me. Never expected them to go above and beyond like they did.

This is the most disorganized, disorderly field staff with a knack for misplaced priority. They are also very slow and unbothered with the pain they inflict on property owners on their work location.
How can you rip off the pedestrian walk on a driveway and leave if unattended for over 3 weeks and be focused on the Pedestrian walk around a playground while denying the property owners from accessing and using their driveway.
Common sense requires that driveways should be fixed first before side curves and playground Pedestrian walk paths.
In a sane clime, Marmot should not be having contract jobs. They don't seem to be professionals and are confused with "what is what"

They were brought in to do some sidewalk construction in my neighborhood. Very unorganized operation. The flag people do not know how to direct traffic and are waving cars through when it's not safe to go. For example, I was forced to cross train tracks when the train light was flashing... I've never seen such a disorganized, dangerous mess like this construction area before.
