We have had 5 projects over the years by Marcon Construction. I have provided pictures from the last 3 projects: an open plan kitchen/diner; a conservatory at the back of the house; and last year a complete renovation of our basement which included a bedroom and a bathroom. Marcon designed all the projects with our input and provided a break down of the cost of the project. They also went to City Hall and obtained all the necessary paperwork for construction to proceed.

Marcon has had many of the same sub-contractors over these many years. This makes us feel very comfortable as we see the same faces for our different jobs. We get to know them by name and can see the quality and care they take in completing the projects.The sub contractors are professional, friendly and do a great job.

We have been very satisfied with all of our renovations and we find Marcon to be an honest and trustworthy company that provides value for money.

They did a fantastic job and delivered our new garage roof on time and on budget. The crew was very professional even showing up on Sunday morning to secure the tarp on the open roof structure after a wind storm. I highly recommend Marcon.

Marcon added an En-Suite Bathroom and Walk-In Closet by extending over the existing garage. The fact that you cannot tell from either inside or out that this is new, reflects how well the work was completed. Flexibility during the work meant we got what we wanted and not necessarily what was committed at the start. Highly recommended - at the very least I would give Marcon the chance to quote.
