Highly recommend this builder, we purchased a home in late 2023 last year and the quality and craftsmanship has been amazing.

Beyond that, there service and customer care has been impeccable. I really want to shout out William Trudgen..if you were to ask if I would purchase a home from Mapleton in the future..I would say yes if William still works there. He's been the best project manager I have ever seen and he goes out of his way to take care of the little things during the warranty period.

Mapleton Homes is a diamond in the rough. This industry is full of corner cutters, but that is not what you get with Mapleton. They were very professional at all times and were very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. We chose Mapleton Homes to build our house and it was a choice that you can’t go wrong with!! Mapleton did an incredible job from customizing the floorplan all the way to choosing the faucets. Keep in mind that this was done in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and my hat goes off to the team at Mapleton for being able to build this house on time while we were expecting lengthy delays.

I wouldn't choose any other builder to build my house. The whole team was easy to work with and they were very accommodating with our requests. Mapleton included us in every step of the way which made this process very easy. I think that Mapleton has one of the highest standards in the business because we have seen many houses by other builders, but they were no match to what Mapleton was offering and this was one of the main reasons why we chose Mapleton as our builder.

As stressful as building a house may sound, Tanner actually made it look like a walk in the park especially with the vast number of selections that a homeowner has to go through and it made our lives so much easier knowing that there is someone dedicated to answering all of our questions and concerns as well as providing feedback and suggestions for our custom home.
