Don’t move here unless you want to hear constant thumping, music blaring and bass to go along with that. Kids running and screaming in the hallways. It never ends. I have lived here for coming up 4 years now and the only thing that has changed is management multiple times which is not good already. Not to mention all the garbage everywhere and damage all over this new building, they up your rent here every single year, straight up robbery but won’t fix any complaints. AVOID THIS PLACE

Ever since the new management under Oneka took over, this place has completely gone downhill. The hallways and stairwells are constantly full of garbage, animal feces, and trash, and the smell is absolutely terrible. They claim they clean, but it’s obvious they don’t—it’s a blatant lie. It’s so disappointing to see how poorly maintained the building has become. I agree with all the previous complaints, and something needs to change immediately! Please see the attached photos, and as you can see the animal feces of a tenant wasnt picked up and has just been smushed into the rug (you have to watch your steps on the stairwell regularly). I also work from home and the new management has never vacuumed the floor or stairwell I live on. They do zero maintenance and fix things with tape. Unsure where all our rental fees go. I had a viewing here and I was SO disappointed. The girl who was showing us the place was completely unorganized. She physically sighed multiple times as if we were inconveniencing her. The place was disgusting. And no, I'm not just talking about the apartments that we viewed but the hallways, entryways, elevator. Everything looked stained, dusty, just overall unclean. There were bug traps in the apartments that were shown to us and a gross lingering odour throughout the entire apartment building.

For what they advertise, it should be considered click-bait.

Honestly, I wouldn't risk coming to live here if I were you. Don't even bother viewing, it's just a waste of time.

We are extremely disappointed with the policies of this apartment and the unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially Tannis, the office manager. She is rarely in the office and almost never answers calls.

Upon moving out, I was charged an outrageous $900 for cleaning and painting, which is absolutely unacceptable. As responsible tenants, we thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving. Despite this, I was charged $350 for cleaning the cabinets and kitchen countertop alone, claiming it took a whole day to complete.

I have lived in many apartments before, and none have ever charged such excessive amounts. This isn’t just about money—it’s about fairness and respecting people’s hard-earned income.

i had a great experience as a tenant with the company. Wania is the property administrator and was my first point of contact. She was always professional, on top of everything and always had a solution to any problem or issue I had.

I had a great experience in the office with Tannis, moving is stressful and all my questions were answered and the place looked great - terrific value for the properties in Edmonton and I appreciated the open communication. When it came time to move in Tannis answered all of my questions and also gave a suggestion for moving truck rentals. I have been at Maple Crest Apartments for 3 months now and have heard from some neighbors that Tannis is new here with the new owner and in the past there were a lot of misses from the previous management - glad to see there is a groove here now and things seem to be operating smooth.

I enjoy living at Maple Crest Apartments. Tannis and Wanda have both been wonderful to work with. Tannis, the apartment manager is kind, professional and lovely when solving any issue that came about. Thank you ladies.
