We previously listed our property with another realtor, but after seeing no offers after 3 months, we decided to change realtors and go with Mani Bagga and his team, which resulted in our home getting sold swiftly and for a good price.

Even at our initial meeting, the team had done their research and came prepared with a reasonable price and reasoning behind the price. When it came to negotiations, the team also did a wonderful job and got the buyer to come up to a price that was satisfactory for the owners and the buyers.

Throughout the entire experience, we were kept informed of what was happening through multiple avenues of communication, and the team was always happy to answer any questions we may have had. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Mani Bagga and his team to anyone who needs a realtor.

We used a realtor from their firm and the seller was presented by Mani Bagga. It has been a nightmare. My biggest regret is using a realtor that came from their firm. They did not have our best interest and in hindsight it js was s conflict of interest. They knew of major issues on the house that they did not disclose. Yes, we used a reputable inspector, however the issues that came up could only be known had they been disclosed. Horrible service. I absolutely do NOT recommend these people to anyone.
There is way more but think before you proceed with this team.

as a buyer, i can see they were very pleasant, and cordial BEFORE we signed the paperwork and confirmed to buy the property. once that was done, it was next to impossible to get hold of either mani or rahul. each of the deficiencies which were to be addressed took months of calls, emails to get any action. many of the contractors that were eventually sent by them would refuse to do the work because they would tell me that they had not been paid by mani and rahul for their prior work. now after a year and a half of constant appeals to their conscience to honor their words/promises, i got tired of all the missed calls, calls not being returned, and emails ignored, and i just paid a different company to do the work which mani and rahul "bagga team" promised would be done "swiftly". i am therefore sharing a strong WORD OF CAUTION if you are a buyer to be very wary of all the promises that the bagga team will make to you about what they will do or fix or how they can help. i do not have the words to describe how frustrating it was to do buy residential real estate from the bagga team.
