Excellent service - after not receiving a call to my inquiry from another tree service Malamute responded promptly - came out to give me an estimate to cut down a mature pine tree next to my house. They quoted within 2 days - lower than estimate and then scheduled to do the job within days. They came even a little early and within a couple of hours had done the job taking care of a nearby fence and plants and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

During the assessment and quote, they were really kind and low pressure. They gave me plenty of advice on my other trees and some guidance on caring for the trees I'm keeping.

On the day of the work they had a solid crew. Very talented and professional. They even moved a few heavier items that I couldn't move myself.

I had 11 large spruce trees needing removal within 10-15ft of my house, 2 of them within 6 inches of the facia and they removed them safely and without any problems. Watching them drop the trees exactly where intended was impressive to say the least.

After the trees were removed I took a look around the yard and I'm pretty sure its cleaner than it was when they arrived. They raked the site clean and stacked the wood nicely off to the side. They also used a leaf blower to tidy up the dust and needles that landed on the driveway. I didn't realize I was getting such a full service package.

I highly recommend them if you're looking for tree services.

They didn’t just show up — they showed up on time. They were friendly, helpful, explained things clearly, and did exactly what they said they’d do...!

But wait, there’s more! They even came back to grind the stump down further so I could plant a new tree. Who does that?! No one, that’s who — except these legends.

They turned an annoying “ugh, tree drama” chore into something… almost pleasant? I still can’t believe it.

If you want someone to ghost you until next summer, hire someone else. If you want your tree gone and your sanity intact, call Malamute. 5 stars, two thumbs up, and one less tree to worry about.
