I was a bit nervous at the start because it was our first reno, and we were worried about delays and shoddy craftsmanship, but Magnolia did an amazing job. Joey, the owner, was there every time I had a concern. He would address it right away and rectify it. Michelle, the project designer and project manager, dealt with my numerous texts and emails, and she really came through for us. Merci ! The work was done within the set timeline and on budget, which were our two biggest concerns. Everything, from countertops to sink, to custom cabinets, was executed by top quality professionals who were also polite throughout the entire process. Shoutout to Vahid and Mohamed (painting, grouting, so much more!), Abraham and his team (New Design Kitchens and Woodwork inc.: the best in the business), Laylay (patio door installation and finishes), Denis and Renato Durbano (electricians), and Bedard Plumbing Services! The whole team did an amazing job. It's also unique to be able to contact the owner (Joey) with any problem and get a solution right away.

On était nerveux au début que les travaux aient des délais + pas de respect du budget, mais l'équipe de Magnolia a été super. Les travaux ont été complétés è la date prévue, pas de surprises de frais supplémentaires (exactement l'estimé), et le proprio était dispo tout le long pour régler le pépins. La manager et designer était super à l'écoute tout le long, et nous apprécions son travail énormément. Bravo aussi à tout l'équipe: Vahid et Mohamed (peinture, finis, patchage de mur, installation, etc.), Abraham et son équipe (cabinets sur mesure de luxe: les meilleurs), Laylay et son équipe (installation de la porte patio et finis), Denis et Renato Durbano (électriciens), et Bedard Plumbing ! Le proprio est de confiance et vraiment à l'écoute du client. Très rassurant et on est bien contents.

Great Experience with Magnolia Design and Build

Home Addition Project Review

I had a really good experience with Magnolia Design and Build. They built an addition at the back of my house—which is now our reading and family area—and it turned out even better than I hoped. The team was always quick to answer our questions and really listened to what we wanted.

Joey, the owner, was especially great—super responsive and always around when we needed something or had concerns. You could tell he cared about making sure the project went smoothly and that we were happy with the results.

Overall, I’m really glad I chose them for this project. The new space makes our home feel so much bigger and more comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend Magnolia Design and Build to anyone thinking about a home addition!
