This is a review a regards to property management of a block of 4 flats. Apparently LRPM are passionate about property?. We have a side wall that has not been painted for over 15 yrs + ongoing damp issues etc There is a safety rail at the top of a staircase needs replacing supported by one rusty bolt LETHAL...reported 4 yrs ago ! None of this is rocket science to sort but sheer incompetence on their part. Sorry but would not recommend this company.

Phone calls and e-mails ignored. Presently on my 2nd buyer of my late father’s flat and despite all my patience and politeness, the Property Manager, yet again, fails to reply to solicitor’s enquiries from our buyer. Instead, she goes off on holiday a week after receiving them. This is jeopardising our sale, yet again, as the same thing happened in Dec/January. There are other incompetencies also, like lying and giving the wrong information. Completely, impossible.

Useless letting agency. First tenant not managed properly & guarantor not worth having. There are flaws with the current system of credit checks & these checks are only as good as the day they were done & will not help you several months into tenancy when things go wrong.
The next let check out inventory was not written and supplied to the landlord or tenant despite numerous requests by both parties. Deposit returned without consent from either party without the correct paperwork being issued or written consent.
I waited patiently after I was told some staff had left and they were recruiting new staff.
Emails & phone calls all ignored.
Do not use this letting agent unless you wish to loose money & endure significant stress chasing paperwork & monies owed or applying through the courts with long back logs

One thing they are all good at is posing for photographs for the brochure and not delivering the services. Check the photos out!!!
The company is run by useless, incompetent family members. Who do not know anything about their roles and responsibilities.

LRPM have recently let my two bedroom house in Norwich. They were friendly and approachable but at the same time professional throughout; mindful of my interests and also those of my future tenant.
Nothing was too much trouble, in fact they demonstrated a commitment to 'go the extra mile' putting me in touch with reliable tradesmen so that the house was ready for the new tenant.
Thank you LRPM! Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely useless company. would give it 0 stars if it would allow, my partner has been trying to sell her flat which has sold twice in the past 5 months but buyer has pulled out due to this company not getting everything together, they have had 6 months to do so and we are still waiting! Have had to pay out nearly £1000 for valuations because we have them done then they expire! Now got to try sell again and hope this useless company can get there act together do it actually sells this time before we lose the house we have brought

We have just got back from a stay in a newly refurbished apartment that is managed by LRPM. The apartment is finished to very high standards with excellent decoration & lots of finishing touches that give a great ambience to the place.

Having a young daughter we are (as a lot of parents are) very concerned about fire precautions particularly in a first story apartment but we were very happy that our fears on this point were more than adequately met both in the apartment and in the communal areas. On the safety front we were also surprised to see camera's from the front door to the apartment so you can see who is knocking on your door.

We decided to eat in the apartment the first night and found a lovely fish and seafood shop just around the corner, the apartment had everything we needed to prepare dinner. We were a short two minutes walk from the beach and Cromer Pier and there are numerous restaurants, pubs and ice cream shops minutes from the apartment.

The first night was warm and we loved opening the large windows and watching the world go by. The second night was slightly cooler and we put the heating on and were so impressed at how quickly it heated up! The beds were also very comfortable.

We asked for recommendations for lunches out and we have to say that LRPM were spot on, they recommend the perfect restaurant and it was one of the best meals we have had in Norfolk.

We will 100 percent be booking this apartment again, we cannot recommend it highly enough! It's beautifully finished and has everything you need in the perfect location.

I did the cleaning of holiday lets for LRPM Block and Estate Management . I am also their client as I rent property through them. Great working relationships are only developed when team work and putting others first are part of the value system of each individual player. LRPM under the leadership of Letitia are a professional and very obliging outfit, where nothing is too much trouble.
