We had a very disappointing experience with Los Perez Inc. We sold them concrete and arranged for it to be dispatched at an agreed-upon time. However, when our delivery team arrived at the site, no one from Los Perez was present to receive the concrete. This caused significant delays and inconvenience for our team. Communication was poor, and we did not receive any prior notice of the change in plans. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism and reliability has left us very dissatisfied with their service.
