When we decided to put our house on the market we sat down with Glen and he described his approach. Realtors are often negatively typecast and we were impressed with both his integrity and his frank responses to our questions. He carefully explained our options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and left us to our own decision. Houses in our area have been on the market for over 200 days and he gave us helpful guidelines for a quicker sale. He put his sign up on our lawn as we were about to head to the UK for a family visit. While travelling he kept us updated on feedback from the showings of our house. We had quite a number of showings and were pleased when several comments reflected that we had priced it well. And even more pleased when we received a conditional offer just as we returned. Glen then guided us through the subsequent negotiations, carefully explaining our options, but always leaving the final decision with us. While it has apparently been a challenging time for $500k+ home sales, in just over 40 days on the market our house is now sold! A 5* experience all around. Thank you Glen!
