This is my honest review. The glitz to encourage a lease is all well and good, but the fixtures and fitting aren’t the luxury we were promised. The trim doesn’t fit well, the granite has a big gouge in it. And a for the pond. It a sludgy smelly mess. I dont feel comfortable walking my pets around it, the scum on top is gross.and lets not forget the copious amounts of dog poo everywhere.
The pool is so chilly, i cant use it, i have arthritis and the cold water affects my joints.
If you are looking for a social outlet, unless you are over 70, it doesn’t seem to cater to the middle aged folk who still work Reaching out to the admin is not helpful, so my review is the only way to hopefully get my concerns across. Definitely should have gone to Johannes court..
The interior of the units are soundproof, so that’s a plus but I’m unhappy with the whole scheme

I am so impressed with how I was treated from the moment I made an appointment to look at the available apartments. Staff are so friendly, helpful and respectful.

The day I moved in I was amazed at how clean the apartment was and there was no need to do a deep clean of the cupboards or walls. To say that it is an amazing place to live with all the amenities that are available does not give the Lepine Lodge justice. It is quiet and makes you think you are the only one in the building when you are in your apartment. I find the apartment rooms are the perfect size and the ceilings are high making my space very spacious and yet comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend moving here at any age.

Brutal experience,
We were meant to take over a lease for someone else until they decided against moving out.
We then looked for a vacant unit within the apartment and spoke to Patrick about multiple units.
We settled on a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a small office for 2300/month.
After most of the process was done with we were then informed that parking underground was 150 per car and parking outside in an almost vacant parking lot was the same.
We were told by a tenant that it is free parking outside and only pay for parking underground which makes sense as it comes with a private locker.
We were told that the tenant was incorrect and we would have to pay 2600/mo Plus utilities if we wanted to park both cars on the property.
Super sketchy, stay away from this place.

We are both very happy with our decision to move to the Lepine Apartments. Walking through the front doors is welcoming. The grounds and entrance are always well kept. We are proud to have our friends visit and experience the Lepine lifestyle. Stacy, Marshall and Maureen do their upmost best to see to our every need. We enjoy the pool and gym and the festivities Lepine has to offer. We hope our stay will be a long one.

Lepine apartments in Renfrewbis a amazing place , lots of activities to enjoy . A beautiful pool and a gym that is amazing . But above all it's a place that is always Clean and well taken care of . It feels like home .
