Chris and Ian are a great team!
Chris did most of our showings when we were looking for a new home, while Ian was helping us sale our home.

Ian helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. My situation was unique as I wanted a house big enough for 3 children but that I could retire in and I wanted to be in old south. Not an easy task. Chris and Ian are a great team. Ian gave me good advice, and knows the London market very well. Chris Harding showed me most of the places I looked at, because I wanted to buy in the neighbourhood close to him. He was so patient, and over a long period of many months showed me many, indeed countless, listings! He never pushed me to decide if I was unsure. He gave me excellent advice, but when I went to make an offer, he always let me offer the amount I wanted to. I always felt he was working in my best interest. Even after the purchase, he continued to help me with advice in finding contractors for renovations and so forth. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
