Last night (April 13th), this company came to clean the parking lot of the strip mall where I work. While I was inside, my coworkers, customers, and I suddenly heard ting ting ting ting — small gravel was hitting our windows and customers' vehicles. LE Construction was using leaf blowers to push debris everywhere, including toward the storefronts and parked cars.

Worse, they continued pushing rocks and debris all the way to the main road, where gravel was being blown into traffic and hitting passing cars. My own car was parked outside, so I went to speak with them — only to be ignored. The workers simply pointed to their headphones and refused to engage.

Customers quickly left the store, understandably frustrated and concerned. I had to move my car across the street into a nearby neighborhood just to protect it. After my shift ended at 1 a.m., I had to walk through the neighborhood to retrieve it.

This is the second time in a year that this has happened at my workplace. It shows a clear disregard for property, safety, and professionalism. Based on these experiences, I would never recommend or hire this company.

This company started work at 10:10 pm on a weekday. Of course when I need to be up early. They cleaned up the parking lot across from our house using leaf blowers. This happened two weeks ago. I tried contacting them through their site as a quote request and they never responded. I gave them enough time prior to giving them a sub par rating.

This is not a comment on their quality of work just their execution and lack of communication. After seeing this I wouldn't vote for them and move on. A company that can't take ownership isn't a quality or a worthy company of having your business.

I am posting a few pictures so that way people can see I'm not just giving a random review. The one star left is not because that's the Lowest rating it is because they are dedicated enough to disrupt a neighborhood in the middle of the night to do their job.

We love that just now at noon, on Sunday May 4th. 2025, one of your guys in one of your trucks, parked perpendicular to the parking stalls outside of A and W Petro Can at 2600 Country Hills BLVD NE, Calgary, taking up 3 stalls including a handicap stall, and despite someone in a black pick up truck waiting to park, still did not move. Made this person wait while his buddy ordered drinks. The guy who was waiting even rolled down his window to say something. Be more considerate. Your men are able bodied people who don't need to take up 3 parking spots including a handicap one!!

LE Construction and Maintenance are awesome! We had our Elm tree lose a large limb the day before we were going to Europe and they came immediately to help! Then due to a spring storm it lost another limb on our neighbours driveway and again, they came right away, gave us advice on pruning and options to remove the tree. Brad is professional and knowledgable and i would recommend him to anyone !

I've witnessed this company at two different locations one in the NE and one in the SE they have zero respect for people's vehicles and property they have personally damaged 2 of my vehicles with rocks and debris from there edge trimmers with no guards on them and witnessed damage to other vehicles in the same regard. Also at NE location after heavy rain I witnessed them use ride on lawnmower tear up the grass and leave massive indentations in the company's property. I honestly have no idea how they have any decent reviews and would recommend people use a more professional company.

LE Construction & Maintenance - have been working with Royop Development - long-term relationship, in many areas that they provide. The team is effective, on the ground as they are in the office. Appreciate all the work they do for us and on our properties, just a pleasure to work with.
