This place has nice management staff. Kiran and Faiz have been great guys. They have been helpful and kind. Ravkirat worked here before and was awesome too! The place is very well maintained and the maintenance team is professional. I see some bad reviews here, however, we have lived here for a little over 2 years and then left (bought a house). The bad reviews don't justify this place. We never had any issues, have been good tenants and never had any unjustified charges or problems with the deposit. I give this place a 5/5.

Manager Faiz service was extremely good , he was helpful. I was very busy with year end closing schedule he went above and beyond and made move out process easy. He is someone who you can rely on.

Update (Dec 30/24) - their 24/7 customer service is useless too. Every time I call in to get help, I'm told there is nothing they can do. This entire experience since renewing my lease has been a nightmare. I am trying to move out tomorrow, and I can't even load my truck because people park in the loading zone like its a parking stall and not made to move so stay there even afterhours and even when the office is open and no one does anything about it. I emailed on Sunday asking what happens if peiple are parked there and i cant back my truck in and shocker, no response from anyone. Absolute worse rental experience I've ever had.

Honestly, only giving a 1 star because my frst year wasn't awful. Based on since ive renewed my lease i would give negative stars if i could. We moved in August 1, 2023.w The 1st year was good, so decided to renew the lease. Since then, I've put in several complaints about excessive noise feom the tenants above our unit and it has yet to be resolved. I keep getting told someone will follow and let me know whatnthe resolution is, this was vlose to a month ago, and still no follow up with the only solution offered is to move me and my son! Basically made it feel like we were the issue. That is not a solution when i am the one complaining about the noise. They came in and mudded up parts of my bathroom where paint has begun to peel, put a notice in my door Oct 25, 2024 stating they would be coming in Oct 28, 2024 between 9am-430pm and it's now Nov 13, 2024 and still the work remains unfinished. There was one time, I came home to a card on my table stating they were in while I was out (no 24 hour notice given). The area manager is supposed to call me today, and it's 1pm and still no call. Beware of this particular property. I can't speak on any of their other ones, but chose to rent with them because in Regina, they have a very good reputation. Never, ever again. When I renewed my lease my rent increased feom $1638 to $1718, they're currently advertising these 2 bedroom units at $1618, which is even less than when I first moved in, so not only can they not be bothered to address these issues, I'm being charged a ridiculous amount in rent on top of that. These issues are not only an inconvenience but have been causing a lot of unwanted and unnecessary added stress to my life for my son and I. So renter beware.

The maintenance team is excellent, always ensuring everything runs smoothly. The property manager is a delight to interact with and shows genuine concern for both the property and the residents. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. The convenience of having an in-suite washer and dryer, as well as A/C, has been fantastic. Thank you, Broadstreet, for being such a wonderful home. I was looking for an apartment and come across this place. It’s just not a place that put an impact on me actually it’s a service provided by Faiz. He showed me exactly according to my requirements. He understands the client’s needs and offered them accordingly. I have experienced the best residential support services of my life with the Broadstreet Management. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. I strongly recommend their properties to all who are looking for housing.
