I had just moved to Fonthill into an delightful small older home. I needed someone to help me masterplan the lot, situate a new double car garage build with an office space, fit in an outdoor dining space, fish pond, and dial up the homes curb appeal with landscaping and a new driveway. I called LandArt in early 2023 after regreting to go with them at my pervious place. When I met with Richard and team about my place in Fonthill I was impressed by the prospect that they could do it all. LandArt was able to prepare drawings, show me exactly what it would look like with 3D computer walk throughs, and submit for permits. They were able to coordinate with subcontractors for the custom metal gates, railings, and pond surround. I have been enjoying the finished garage and landscape for a year now. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself. I have had many complements from neighbours and friends. Thank you Richard and team.

We have a spacious backyard; however, it wasn’t very functional, as it sloped steeply downwards towards a forest area. Despite not having any ideas as to what we were going to do, we decided to hire Richard Wynia & the LandArt team to transform our backyard, as Richard’s experience, knowledge, and attention to detail were apparent even after our initial meeting. We told him how we would like to use the space & some vague descriptions of what we wanted to include in our backyard and from there, Richard & his team designed such an incredible transformation of the space that was both aesthetically pleasing & more importantly, functional!

The scope of the transformation required significant leveling of the ground, installation of a retaining wall, building a freestanding pavilion, masonry work to build a stone BBQ grill-enclosed counter top, a stone seating bench & firepit, flagstone walkway, and porcelain tile deck. The quality of their workmanship is top notch because they transformed our unusable backyard to a gorgeous oasis! Our backyard is now simply stunning and very serene because of the LandArt’s talented team who executed our vision beautifully!

Throughout the process, Richard & his team kept us informed on every detail of the project, they frequently asked us questions regarding our preferences and, with them being so knowledgeable, they gave us fantastic suggestions to improve our vision. We had frequent candid discussions to ensure that there were no surprises and that what they were doing matched our expectations and vision of the space. The LandArt team were all very flexible and accommodating to any last minute changes we had during the project. They would always arrive on time and worked extremely hard throughout the day. The LandArt team were very respectful to our property and before leaving each night, they cleaned up and left the work area well organized. They were diligent, professional, efficient, and more importantly, an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Working with LandArt has been an exceptional experience from start to finish! We've lived in our home for 17 years and wanted a comfortable space for enjoying the summer outdoors. Richard, Devon and their team walked us through the design process, using photos and videos to show us exactly what the end result would look like.

During the construction process, Matte and his crew were professional, communicative and super friendly. They worked hard to meet each deadline, keeping us informed every step of the way. They also listened to any concerns we had and promptly addressed them. And the craftsmanship was excellent: the structure perfectly complements our house and backyard.

We are simply thrilled with the finished project! We now have a beautiful outdoor seating area which we enjoyed right up until the end of October. The wood burning fireplace and retractable screens create a three-season room where we can both relax and entertain. We couldn't be happier -- thank you, Land Art!

Our company Peninsula Plastics Ltd. used LandArt to construct an outdoor employee lunch area. The end result was nothing short of perfection. We are extremely happy with our new seating area. We are super happy with the lanscape design and execution of our back yard project by LandArt.

The virtual walk-through of the design really helped us visualize the plan before the work began. Knowing what the final plan would look like in 3 dimensions allowed us to prioritize the elements of the design that were important, and what elements we not necessary, saving us a considerable amount of money in the end. .

Their crew was really respectful, friendly and kept the site clean at the end of every day. When we had questions they were always quick to respond. They have all the right tools and know-how to get the job done.

You will love the responsiveness of their aftercare! LandArt has come a few times to inspect their work after completion of the job and have proactively addressed minor issues they had found (who does this anymore? 😉

If you want a job done right I would definitely recommend LandArt without hesitation.
