Lonsdale Green apartment complex has got to be one of the best buildings I’ve lived in. Lynda the resident manager is very friendly and takes her job very seriously. The building inside & out & the underground parking is kept very clean. I’ve been here 3 years and have no complaints about this building. I feel very safe & secure in all parts of the building. Safety cameras, security doors, all make me feel very safe. An all adult building, quiet, clean & resident manager lives on site. Can’t really ask for more!!! Luv living here!! ❤️

Wonderful place to live! Lynda makes sure that things get done in a most efficient manner.
When I have guests come they are very impressed with the cleanliness of the building, the neatness and decor of the lobby and the upkeep of the grounds.
It’s quiet and it’s home. I feel very safe here and the people living here are very pleasant.

Great building, well kept. The resident manager is always helpful and polite. If something requires repair she makes sure it's done in a timely manner. She ensures the building is well maintained. She always has time for her tennant's. This is great place to live. Underground parking is definitely a bonus.

This is one of the nicest buildings I have ever lived in, so happy to be back, Linda is very polite, professional , and the building is always so spic and span clean, very secure, and safe in a upscale area of Red deer, always look forward to coming home each day, Thank you so much Linda, keep up the hard work 🙂 absolute pleasure to be home. Sept 7 2022 I have been gone 2 months and miss this place terribly , I feel like I want to move back 🤔

The management was absoulutly wonderful and full of knowledge.
Lynda is a wonderful manerger and always ready to help in any way she can.
This apartment is always clean and well maintained. I am very pleased to see that. Everybody living in the appartment are very frienly and nice.
I love living here and plan to stay here until i am not able to care for myself
anymore.Which i hope will be for a long time to come.This is my new home and i love it here.As long as my rent doesnt go up i will be here for a long time.

Lonsdale Green is a fantastically run apartment complex. My only concern is my parking stall was taken away from me due to a shortage I guess of stalls. Although I do understand it was because I don’t have a vehicle, it’s very inconvenient for my family ( who are getting up in age) and friends who have to park in visitor parking a long walk for them. I’m not really complaining but I do think I should of been compensated for this. I have brain injury and one of my symptoms is seizures, and that’s the reason I’m not driving anymore.Its been a long time now that I haven’t had a stall and I plan to be here for years to come. I’m thinking I could have a reduction in rent for the past and the present. Thank-you Lynda for doing a fantastic job and also to the people behind the scenes making this such a wanderful place to live. Kind Regards, Clinton Bailey

Onsite Management is wonderful to work with. The building is kept clean. Thanks to the tenants who leave snacks to share in the lobby.
