Hope your experience is better then mine, thumb tacks to hold this bottom seal on the door is just a start. Get details on what you’re getting, they use the absolute cheapest materials possible. And the craftsmanship is terrible. Even the tiled shower looks like it was tiled by someone doing it for their first time.

I recently contacted Lanca Contracting regarding a residential renovation at my home. From start to finish I could not be more pleased with the whole process. Nathan and Rob responded immediately to my call and listened attentively to my concerns. They provided creative solutions to my issues and made suggestions that I had not considered. A detailed plan and quote was provided in a timely way and the project was started as soon as the frost was out of the ground. All members of the crew were friendly and couldn't do enough to help make the whole experience as stress free as possible. Ross kept me fully apprised of the work as it progressed and was infinitely patient. Disruptions to our daily life were minimal and from start to finish my wife and I could not be more pleased. This was small job in comparison to Lanca's usual projects but it received the careful attention of both Project Manager Rob and President Nathan throughout. One of the WORST COMPANIES I have ever tried to work with...

Unless you have a multi-million dollar budget they will not return your calls... they will not answer your text messages and they will not even send you an estimate.

Dylan there project manager came by about a month ago to give me an estimate and saw that the project was just a renovation of one commercial unit so only 30 to $40,000 and after that day he never did anything he said he was going to do.
He did not send me an estimate he rarely answered my texts and never returned my phone calls.

When you call the office and try to speak someone and press zero for the operator their voice message is always full...Dylan's voice messages are always full...lol

I guess that's how they run their company great job Nathan. Call and try to speqk to Dylan or the operator and you will never get them on the phone...

I would avoid this company and go with a contractor who knows what customer service is and doesn't treat you like you're not worth their time.
