EDIT: this morning I met the gentleman (in passing) who was doing our property today,while taking the dog out. He is very nice and professional. The parking lot looks good and my car isn't plowed in. Much appreciated. He continues to use the gentler ice melt in front of the doorway, which is appreciated greatly. I watched him work for a few minutes, and he was very careful and fairly quiet for the type of work he was doing. Going to change my rating. Thanks for considering our requests and complaints while conducting business. We appreciate it.

P.s.Sorry for my dog, she hates strangers, especially men. (There was an incident when she was a pup)

Not sure why the guys would be laying road salt on the lawn. After being requested to use pet safe ice melt infront of the doors, they decide to lay road salt on the lawn? Again burning the dogs feet. Like who puts road salt on the lawn anyway?

Although, they have accommodated the request to use the pet safe stuff in front of the door, doesn't it defeat the purpose to go ahead and drive across the lawn laying salt

Furthermore, the plow driver angles his plow in such orientation that he's piling snow at the end of all the cars instead of away from the parked cars. As a disabled person (back injury) I am unable to shovel my car out. Because if this, I've missed physio appointments and such. Like what kind of snow REMOVAL company plows in the cars?

EDIT: I don't appreciate your condescension in your reply like I'm stupid. Considering the salt has burned and blistered my dogs feet yet the blue ice melt hasn't. So it's obviously much safer for the animals. Not sure why you even chose to reply to that part since that was pretty much the only positive part of my review. However, you refrained from addressing the part where your driver decided to apply salt to the LAWN, where no one drives, because it's the grass lawn.

Regarding your response to deliberately blocking in cars, the previous contractors had no problems at all not blocking our cars in. All he has to do is angle his blade away from the vehicles. Regardless, if they choose to angle the plow in that orientation , then perhaps they should get out of their truck and SHOVEL the piles away from the cars like an actual professional snow REMOVAL company. This is the only company I've ever seen that plows people's vehicles in, and then comes up with a LAME excuse as to why. Perhaps save your condescension for someone who doesn't have family in the snow removal business for the last 30+ years.

Seems like who ever plows our driveway is getting lazier and lazier. What makes it okay to leave this much snow in front of our garbage and recycling. Clearly making it very unsafe to dispose of our items.

Chris was great to help with my fence that was ripped down from the last storm we had. They were so good to work with and they put our biggest concerns at ease. I was really frustrated after hiring 2 companies last year and then one more again this year to fix all the brown spots and holes from my pets in my front and back yard. I was very lucky I called Lamer as they were the only ones who were able to heal my lawns’ wounds. I’m finally pleased with the outcome. Nice young man who plows our driveway. Kind, courteous, well mannered. A much better job then the company who Kenmau property mgmt had doing the snow removal last year. This young man deserves a raise..
