Nothing but good things to say about Keith, his products and his staff. Since 2006 we have used Lakeshore Home Improvements for all our window and door needs. Just completed replacing all our original home windows. North Star windows, doors and Keith’s great installers are a winning combination. Choose Lakeshore Home Improvements like we did!

Couldn’t be happier with the windows installed by Lakeshore Home Improvements. I over research just about everything, so replacing all my windows is of course no exception. I had several companies come out to quote and I decided to go with Keith because they dealt with North Star windows (which my research showed to be arguably the best brand around), his price point was attractive, and he was knowledgeable and patient. From start to finish the process was smooth. Keith was willing to accommodate changes where needed, and you could always count on his expert opinion to help guide decisions. His install team led by Kevin worked at a very quick pace yet managed to do it without cutting any corners or leaving any mess. Don’t be fooled by the small amount of reviews left for Lakeshore Home Improvements. They have been in business since 1991 and are the only company in Sarnia that is a SAWDAC member.

Keith was excellent in helping us replace all 17 windows and 2 doors. His pricing was fantastic and he kept in contact through the process. The installers Garth and Everet both did excellent work and went above and beyond during the installation. The keep the site clean and both were very friendly. We have used Lakeshore once for new basement windows two years ago, then again for a new glass door, large living room window, new window trim of all existing windows and best of all a brick cut out window. Keith is on point with his knowledge and timelines, great products and pricing, installers went above and beyond to deal with and correct existing issues. Outstanding finished product!

These guys were wonderful! Will definitely be hiring them to do the rest of our windows&doors. We were quoted for two days and they came a third day to finish at no extra cost, it was also over 30 degrees each day! We are beyond happy with our new windows, back door and new patio door! Thank you!

Services breakdown states that Lakeshore does a variety of work. They literally ONLY do windows and doors. If you’re looking for anything else, don’t waste your time.
Person who answered phone was quite rude when I asked regarding other services. Made it feel like I was wasting their time.
