Lakeridge is a good builder but very poor in follow up and customer service. We waited patiently for Lakeridge to come and check our doors that froze shut in the winter. They came and looked at them and said they would be back to fix them. 3 years later they came to fix after mutant texts and phone calls. It has been 4 months or more since the window was to be repaired ( it won’t stay up) and they have not returned to fix it. Our question when deciding on a contractor should have been “are you a member of the Builders Association”?
