Great place to have your appliances repaired. The team are great to work with, they will put your needs ahead of their own. Very knowledgeable and professional their goal is too ensure your appliances are up and running.

Kelly was very helpful and goes above and beyond. He fixed our over-the -range microwave. He is knowledgeable in what he does and appreciate that he answers phone calls right away. He is also upfront if your appliance is worth fixing or better off buying a new one.

Had an issue with my air conditioning unit, while camping on a weekend that was 31 plus degrees outside. They where reffered to me by another company and they showed up and fixed the problem with no issues at all. Also gave me some ideas on how to make sure this issues does not happen again. Very impressed with the service and the price he provides and charged.

We're from out of town so we brought the upright freezer in for Kelly to look at after a phone call to discuss symptoms. Turns out it was an easier fix than he thought, and about half the original estimate. We spent our time at the WDM and doing a bit of shopping and picked the freezer up leaving town. Great service.

They charges us $35 for "mileage" to drive from 105th street to 97th street. They also charged $15 for shop supplies, although nothing was used or fixed. They then charged $95 to assess our washer in 15 minutes to tell us to buy a new one. Seriously?

I value professionals and their time, but I honestly thought this was a joke.
