KODIAK has been amazing! This was my first winter using their snow plowing services and it was fantastic. They send out timely emails advising of the plan and timing for plowing. If you have a request it is answered promptly and the service was excellent. I highly recommend and will definitely use their services next year and many years to follow.

Our experience has been the best with Kodiak Snow Blowing. We have the cleanest driveway and walk! Very carefully plowed and shoveled right to the front door. They show up early and often during each snow event. Very happy clients for sure!! Will definitely book again in the future! I received this as a gift from my children and what a pleasant surprise. I woke up to find that our first snowfall was all cleaned up and a Kodiak sign stood proudly at the edge of my laneway. Throughout the season Kodiak didn’t disappoint they were here with each snowfall and magically appeared after city Plough came through. The emails and updates were amazing and so precise. I have been with Kodiak for 5 years, I’m not sure if the business changed owners within the past few years or if they just hired an entire new fleet but these past 3 years have been extremely disappointing. I 2023-24 we didn’t have a lot of snow so I gave them another year but this year I already see it is still just as bad. Between being boxed in while trying to leave and therefor they only plow the edge of my driveway, to waiting until mid afternoon to get a single passes some days. It is 7:30am Feb 14th, the day after the snow storm and Kodiak have decided not to follow the plows last night and every Kodiak customer is out shovelling the packed wall of snow at the end of our driveways so we can leave for work. I will be going with capital next year as I have watched my neighbour get multiple passes a day and very satisfied with the service.
Used to be a great company and recently have gone very downhill, won’t be returning and couldn’t suggest finding another company more to anyone who is looking.

We're not a customer of Kodiak, but we aren't too happy with them.

They service the houses across from us on defence st, which is an extra wide street, but they keep driving over the snow banks next to our driveway and knocking a lot of it back into our drive way. This happened both yesterday and today, and they did it to our next-door neighbours driveway too. I'd get it if it was a narrow street, but they have plenty of room to avoid doing this.
