During a strong wind storm a very large tree crashed through the roof of our carriage house.
Thankfully we were insured.
The best thing we did was to meet with Kyle, the owner of Knox Contracting.
Right from the first meeting, my wife and I were impressed with Kyle's professional and truly caring disposition.
Knox Contracting (Kyle) contacted us several times just to check in, give us advice and ease our worries, even before the insurance company awarded the contract to Knox.
We can't say enough of how well the rebuild went having Knox and their crews doing the work.
Every single worker, tradesman, subcontractor, project coordinator
and of course Kyle were professional, polite , courteous and very skilled.
The work site was left tidy everyday. The crews were always not just on time, but usually early.
The coordinator(s) kept us informed, up to date and led us throughout the whole project.
Knox had to remove more than half of the roof structure and so much more on our two year old home.
The project was finished as if nothing ever happened. Knox went beyond our expectations and surpassed the scope of work set out by the insurance company.
As always with construction,
there were some very minor defiences.( paint scuffs etc). Knox returned immediately to make things right.
We highly recommend Knox Contracting (and we already have)!
