Kimberly is very hands on helpful and takes good care of her tenants and properties .
Every problem that happens she takes promptly care of it.
She is very professional , and warm and personal at the same time.

wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. Doesn't maintain any units. Zero repairs done in over 6 years. If you ask more then once for something to be done, A lady who picks up will then call the cops for harassment. During covid it was a hassle to have small things done like sanitation to the common areas stating its not her responsibility for the upkeep and sanitation and for the common railings to be disinfected and vacuum the common areas carpet. They have then put my pregnant girlfriend threw unhealthy stress and to our unborn baby it should be criminal, not to mention the vigorous amount of lies and laws she has neglected to do to this property. So i strongly advise if you rent or own, or if your investment and property is being managed by these unprofessional people who google search everything they do next, and have zero knowledge of actual tenant laws and learns as they make continuous mistakes, to NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PROPERTY. EVERY tenant i have come across who was renting from KLS management, had either wanted to sue, or move out just as fast as they moved in. If needed I can provide cases as I do not want someone unfortunately dealing with such an unprofessional team and so called management company. They legit don't do nothing. Tenants around Muskoka talk, and EVERYONE hates KLS management. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Horrible people.
Said they’d find my family a home. Said we had a new home took our deposit. The next morning they said they had promised the home to someone else leaving us homeless two weeks before our move.
Later found out they’re prejudiced against out of towners looking to move to Bracebridge.

Your response is bogus just like your customer service.
You conveniently remember things the way you want to. You are not customer friendly and need to grow up in your dealings with others. You showed clear prejudice towards out of towners. You also bragged about the power you have over your tenants while on the phone with me. I’m sure thats not how you remember it.
We are happy because we found a caring property manager who put his clients first.

I do not recommend this company. Extremely hard to work with, ineffective and a tremendous lack of respect to customers. We rented one of the properties and there was nothing but problems. Its what I call a second class property management firm.
