We have lived here for 3 years, and we love it.
Yearly the rent increases but not that much.
When you have any issues they fix them right away.
On my end management was professional and also one of the admins was so thoughtful.

We moved here in 2022 when it was owned by Skyline Living. Recently, the buildings were bought by Avenue Living and it isn't nearly as nice as when Skyline owned it. Before management would really keep up with the buildings, clean the parking lot, clean the underground parking, window cleaning, fire alam testing, inspections, etc, generally made things look nice and well kept. Now it's nothing like that with Avenue Living and they raised the rent to an outrageous amount. Things were better before.

Reviewing not just because of the gift card contest, but also.. to give feedback!
We moved from Calgary to Kings Heights Airdrie Apartment this June 2024.. One time we saw it, me and my husband loved it! We are having a hard time to look for a place where our dogs are welcome and luckily we found this. I am thankful for this apartment welcoming our pets, they even provide UNLIMITED poop bags and hand sanitizer in each building doors! For me, it's clean, well maintained HOWEVER, management doesn't act when you have a concern. The customer service answer promptly, but if it is not beyond their scope, they have to let the higher management call us back. I've called about 6-8 times in regards with my issue since July, but until now.. September no one called me back for my request. Another thing, when we reported the renter below us that they smoke in the balcony, until now.. they are still smoking that looks like our reports are not being addressed (we called 2x) The smoke is going inside our unit and it smells awful..
I hope management will address each other's concern for better LIVING, but in all, we loved where we are! Thank you for approving us here Avenue Living!

My husband and I moved from Ontario to Avenue Living, 20 Kingsland Close in Airdrie, Alberta two years ago. We are very happy going into our second year with the great Avenue Living team and especially with Kim, the Assistant Propety Manager who was especially helpful in renewing our lease. Every effort is made to accommodate tenants requests for repairs and maintenance. We are very happy here and look forward to a long, peaceful tenancy. Thanks Avenue Living for your interest in maintaining a wonderful place for us to live.

Previous owners Skyline were very organized and on site team was easy to work with. Now that this is owned by avenue living I’ve had nothing but issues. Had no hot water for a month and they didn’t do anything about outside of saying it’s out of our hands. They also increased rents to $2000 a month!!! Highly recommend only living here if you have no other options!!

We moved to 20 Kingsland Close, SE, from Ontario last May. We were so happy when we arrived that our unit was absolutely perfect. We love living here with the wonderful amenities of a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Our property manager Laurie, has been very instrumental in getting us settled and making sure everything we need is attended to. We’re on the first floor and enjoy a patio and beautiful sunsets. Our grandkids enjoy the park across from our building and we can take quiet walks along the trail behind the building. Everything about Skyline Living has reinforced our love of Airdrie and how pleased we are to live here. Thank you to everyone who has helped us get settled in our new home.
