On behalf of people who are traveling this area, I’d like to say thank you and thank you to team Trish who made incredible jobs and support. They indicated the clear signage and instructions on the road where they are working on it. Unfortunately my car broke down right at the bottom of the construction hill and got pulled over their site. The team informed me that the area is not safe to deal with this. They asked me to wait for the supervisor’s help in the car. Trish who is the supervisor at the site took me down to the town where the phone reception is working and gave me lot of information of local towing service and more than that. Trish and the person who helped me today in person, thank you so much for your big help and take care of our safety. You the best!

Tired of their drivers blowing stop signs. Pulling out like they own the roads. And I'm talking about outside the construction area. It's time the police start getting calls. You get paid by the hour, have some respect!

We are a family of tourists, who were turned back due to road closure in the heat of the tourism season. We not only wasted time and fuel, but generate tons of pollution and nearly got into a accident with a bear.

Here are our suggestions:
1. Road closure should start at Field so that people do not have to wasted fuel and 1.5 more hours of driving in the dark.
2. Say Mountain Time for the closure, since it was not clear for travelers that part of BC uses Mountain Time.
3. Say alternate route clearly. What is the alternate route? Alternate route is unclear to tourists like us.
4. Put a note in front of Parks CANADA center in Field. Rangers did not inform us about the road closure.
