HORRIBLE CLIENT SUPPORT. I called today because I was told by my strata manager that the home owner needs to request drawings, or approval to get a permit from the City to install an AC after occupancy. I explain to Carlie on the phone many times that we initially asked the developer for the drawings, and documents for the AC permit and the developer said to reach out to the architecture, which was Keystone. When I call keystone (1st time) they kept telling me to talk to strata, and now the 2nd call they said they cant release any drawings or any documentation to anyone other than the developer. Then I kept asking Carlie to send me an email so I can forward this to the developer as proof that keystone requires request from developer, and not the owner. SHE REFUSED. Instead she gave me an email to send this inquiry to, when I ask if she can confirm the test email is received she rudely hung up on me. The strata manager, and I have been passed around several times to get drawings and permits, and its not a difficult ask for Keystone. Its so ridiculous that after the project is done, they literally act like they want almost nothing to do with it.
