I have been living at Keswick Greens for 5 years now and it has been a great experience.
All of the staff are very helpful and friendly and Gurpreet (the property manager) is easy to work with and very accommodating. I have rented out the Community Lounge a handful of times and I really love the space, as well as the other amenities of the property.

I'm going to start this off that when dee was the site manger the building was amazing! And would've given 5 stars But ever since the new management has come on board id give zero stars if were possible,the building has been absolutely terrible, always noise,people running up and down the halls, the smell is horrendous the garbage is always a mess the building also has zero ammendities for the price point compared to other buildings in the city at the same price points, the balcony are also way smaller then advertised on the website they claim to be 12'6x4' when in reality it's 7'6x3.5'

The new Management is absolutely incompetent we put in our notice for January 3rd we were told they were going to ask their boss to override the system or even prorate us for the 2 days which I highly doubt the site manger even did because when we called Tuesday(January 7th) for an update Said site manger tried telling us she wasn't talking to us so now due incompetentance we are stuck at this hell of a building until the of March instead of what the February (60 days)

Do yourself the favor and RUN from this building save yourself the headache and go get more for your money

I want to leave a review to the management and staff at Keswick Greens. Our housing accommodations were not working out this past December so we had to look for another place to move into asap. We were in our apartment within days after finalizing paperwork. We moved in 2 days before Christmas. It was a lifesaver and could not appreciate a smooth experience. It was also a smooth exit as we just did month to month. The garbage is I can see concerning but people throw out a lot of garbage/furniture and when people move out they just leave it by the bins. Then you also have people who scavenge for things and bottles so they just pull out the trash and leave them on the ground. Not sure how you can control this other than having the city pickup recycling and garbage more than 2x a week. Anyways thanks again for having us. Best wishes!

I've been a tenant in this property since late 2019. Based on my experience, the management here is doing a good job keeping up with its policy of providing a quiet and peaceful community that's free of cigarettes or cannabis smell.

Recently I had an issue with a few smokers smoking inside the underground parking (right beside my corner parking spot), I was being considerate and didn't say anything because it was below -30C outside, I used to work outdoors so I understand that our winter here can be really unforgiving sometimes. However, the situation got worse after a week or two when temperature warmed up already, so I went to the management office to report this. To my surprise, the property manager, Dee, already noticed the issue and undertook the necessary process to solve it. Dee promised me those tenants breaking the lease agreement would be gone in a few days, and indeed that was the case.

If you are looking for a place to rent where the management actually takes care of things, check this property out. Thank you very much Dee, for doing a great job. 🙂

We have lived here for almost a year now and being a first time renter, this property feels very high end. Upkeep is done regularly: parking lot swept, landscaping being maintained, and hallways/lobbies being swept daily! Very good impression!
There is a community lounge as well as a mini fitness studio in one of the buildings for all residents to use. They are also very well maintained!
Our property manager, Leona, is very personable and knowledgeable. When we bump into each other in the hallway, she would always be the first one to say "hi." She shows care for her tenants and I would like to take the time to say, "thank you!" You take the time to listen to us, whether it'd be building related issues, or personal issues.

I lived at Broadstreet Keswick Greens for 1.5 years, and my experience was amazing from start to finish. The buildings, parking lot, and suites are maintained impeccably. It is located within a safe and friendly area and it is very accessible to nearby grocery stores and living essentials. I truly cannot find anything negative to report within this review, and I am only moving because of work.

I would also like to emphasize how incredible my building manager, Leona, was for the duration of my stay. Leona is the most friendly, helpful, and present building manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is consistently easy to contact, knowledgeable, and willing to help with whatever you need. My roommate and I will definitely miss her, and this apartment! Thank you so much Leona and the rest of the team for making our experience so memorable - and we wish you all the best in the future!

Leona and Beverly in the office are an absolute delight. I was a transfer in from another building and they ensured my application/move in date was processed so timely. There were some great promos/perks going on (EDIT, SEE ABOVE) and Keswick Green is by far my favorite building I've ever lived in. The unit itself is spacious and bright, the in suite laundry, dishwasher, A/C, programmable thermostat are so handy. Underground parking is available to ensure a warm, safe vehicle as well as a 24 hr security/customer service line.The other on site staff are pleasant and helpful as well. There is a great little gym, a dog wash/run (how cute!) as well as a gorgeous community room to host gatherings or just hang out. The surrounding area is newer, quiet and 5 min away from Currents of Windermere which is a beautiful place to shop. What else could you ask for in a home? I'm SO happy with my new space and with the professional and kind service I receive from the fabulous staff. Well done!
