My family and I rented a condo from Kashaneh in downtown Toronto for 20 nights while visiting, and we had a very smooth experience overall.
The place was exactly as advertised, and everything went according to the terms of our agreement. Since our stay was over 15 nights, they also kindly offered us a one-way transfer from the airport, which was a great convenience. Even when communication with the assigned realtor occasionally required some extra follow-up, the manager, Mr. Farshid, personally stepped in and dedicated a substantial amount of time and effort to respond to every single message with great accuracy, care, and compassion — something I truly appreciated. On top of that, when a neighbor’s negligence made the parking spot temporarily unavailable, Kashaneh handled the situation fairly and returned about 8% of the rental price at the end of our stay.
These gestures showed a level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction that left me no choice but to say Highly recommended!

It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I booked online and they promised me a condo in North York, but in the end, they took me to a basement and charged me the same amount. Since I was alone in a new city and had nowhere else to go, I was forced to sign. When I left the place, they didn’t refund the money for the 10 nights I had paid. They are truly scammers.
واقعا بدترین تجربه من بود ،اونها واقعا بدرفتار هستند و فقط به پول فکر میکنند. من به صورت انلاین رزرو کردم ،به من قول یه کاندو در نورث یورک و دادند ، اما در نهایت من و به یه زیر زمین بردند و همان مبلغ پول و ازم گرفتند و چون من در شهر غریب تنها بودم و جایی و نداشتم مجبور شدم امضا کنم
وقتی از اونجا رفتم پول ۱۰شب من و برنگردوندند
واقعا کلاه بردار هستند

Farshid and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend that is working for you. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He really cares about his clients. Farshid was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great apartment that fit right in our price range! His advice and support through closing was invaluable. We could not have done it without him.

Moore park ساکن بودم، که این مکان را از طریق برادرم و معرفی دوستان در شرکت کاشانه پیدا کردم. از امتیازات ویژه آن ، اینکه بسیار نزدیک به محل های خرید مواد غذایی ، پارک های زیبا و قابل دسترسی به مترو finch که آن هم بسیار نزدیک بود . در عین حال تجربه خوبی را در این مکان داشتم به خصوص ساکنین و همسایه های محترم همگی بسیار مودب، تمیز ، و خوش برخورد بودند. در نهایت دوست داشتم از همکاری بسیار صمیمانه پرسنل خوب کاشانه هم تشکر خودم رو از این طریق ابراز کنم .

یک ماه در خانه ۱۷۷ Moore Park Ave ساکن بودم. نزدیک بودن این خانه به پارکهای زیبا ، و مراکز خرید ، برایم خاطره های زیبایی درست کرد. این خانه را از شرکت کاشانه زمانی که در ایران بودم، اجاره کردم. از همراهی پرسنل محترم کاشانه در فراهم کردن امکانات و آسایش سپاسگزارم.
