My foundation had a crack that would allow water to seep into the basement. K&S fixed the damage done by the water, sealed the crack in the foundation and foam-jacked the concrete sidewalk and driveway to change the grade so that water will now drain away from my old house, as it should. There were some delays that were out of K&S’s control that made the work run longer than I expected but I was always well informed so I knew it wasn’t due to K&S mistakes. They took the time to answer my questions and explain what would be done and why. They came when they said they would to do work and were always respectful. The work done is excellent and there were no unexpected surprises when I was billed for the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing similar repairs.

K&S contracting has done an amazing job of managing my project. Their knowledge and great communication throughout the process has made it stress free. They find and coordinate the best people for each stage and are frequently checking to be sure each job is done properly. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and way it was handled by K&S. Did a good job of repairing my foundation. What I can tell so far at least. Steve's communication was top drawer. Was always very quick to respond to issues and identify solutions. They will be my first stop for any other foundation issues.

Good for all who has positive experience with Steve and Dwight. Hear me out and I'm not gonna play like a victim here nor discredit them just telling my experience. I hired them early January 2024 to add slope on part of my roof and also some other indoor upgrades. Guess what? Read the pics below. The foundation under our front steps wasn't providing the support it was meant to carry, causing the column that supported our roof to shift. K&S came in and took care of everything to fix the problem; design, permits, inspections, engineering, dealing with all of the subs. They replaced the foundation for the column, the front steps and all of the old brick. As with any renovation of an older structure, there were surprises lurking below the surface. Steve took care of the unexpected quite capably without getting ruffled. He knew exactly how to handle it all. Everything right down to the paperwork was handled smoothly and professionally. I can fully recommend K&S Contracting.
