I reached out to the general inquiry line in search of an agent who would be able to assist with rental listings in the Hamilton/Ancaster area as I do not live around here.
I have reached out to the Judy Marsales team a week ago and have not heard back.
I was recommend a specific listing agent from a friend in the area. I’ve reached out by Instagram direct message and the listed business text message number. Neither of those inquires from the agent Jennifer Daniel have been returned.
If rental listings are not of interest to this team a response back would have been suitable. As a potential future buying client moving to the area for work I would have assumed a response of some kind.
I guess their agents are already so busy with their current clients my business was not needed. I hope their inquiry response time is not indicative of their response times to your offers or listings. Hopefully you as a client don’t miss out on offers or listings because your Judy Marsales agent is active on their social media but not answering their client’s needs. Very poor business practice. I am
sorry for my friend on their behalf for recommending your company.
