This was a poor experience, the inspection for the estimate was done using google earth or some application, so not a site visit. On arrival to perform the work the roofing team was negative about the owner as and the estimating of the work. The attitude of the owner after the work was completed incorrectly was "I look forward to the payment as the work is completed" and hung up the phone. The work wasn't done to the promised level of satisfaction. The owner is great at selling until the deposit is paid. The was a blame game between the owner and the foreman and team.
Once one site the owner will make all the excuses to upsell the work and add cost at short notice.
BE CAUTIOUS PEOPLE.

They did my roof in a couple days and it looks great. We had a wind storm and a piece of flashing came off. They aren't in charge of flashing but within a day of us sending an email, they sent out a guy to check on it. They are ordering in a piece of flashing and fixing it free of charge even though they are not obligated what so ever. I would recommend J.O.N over any other roofing company in the Middleton area

Poor/no attention to detail, scrappy installation, continued leaks, said they were coming to complete areas and never came back despite multiple conversations.
