My friends and I have been following Shari Kidney from Peachland to Vernon and now Enderby with Johnston Meier.
I have never dealt with a more helpful and personable person in my life. She goes above and beyond every time. I will not go any where else for insurance.

There was an issue with payment and I was double charged by ICBC because of it. Shari Kidney sorted it all out for me. And when there was a second issue with the automated system she again had my back and made herself available for all questions I had during the frustrating time it was. I can't speak for the rest of the staff there but I can say that Shari was great to deal with.

I hardly ever write google reviews, but after the great service I received , as usual, the past week , I felt I had to write . I have dealt with the Enderby branch since we moved to Enderby about 9 years ago. Without exception, every staff member there has been just awesome to deal with. We get all our vehicle insurance through Johnson Meier Insurance. This past week I had purchased a ATV from Alberta. There was suppossed to be no issues with the registration, but issues did pop up when I did go to register. If you have ever been in a situation trying to resolve an issue like this, you know how stressful and complicated...never mind how irritating it can be.
So then Shari came to my rescue ! What a pleasure to deal with her. She was very calming and understanding and reassuring that she would get it sorted out. She did her magic and phone calls etcand got it all sorted out for me. Talk about stress relief !!
Shari also asked about our house insurance. We have been with the sam house insurance company for 10 or morebut I sent Shari a copy of our house insurance for her to review I was jus so happy with her, and the company.
Employees like Shari will keep regular customers coming back, and get new customers to become regular customers.
So very impressed !

Nice, professional staff. only reason for 4 stars is they are making do with old equipment, this causes backups and frustration on both sides of the counter. The staff handle these problems with style and grace. Either get them better equipment or pay them more.
