I wouldn't want to say anything to justify litigation.

All of the BC Bar's records are public, so I don't really need to tell you what to think.

You can Google the BC Bar Association yourself, look up this individual's LENGTHY disciplinary history with them, and get a very clear picture of what you can expect from your interactions going forward.

His ability to fend off repeated attempts at censure by his own professional licensing body appears to be evidence of SOMEWHAT of a legal skill set.

The fact that the Bar HAS repeatedly attempted to censure his behaviour, however, is, in my opinion, evidence of a lack of moral teachability.

I STRONGLY recommend you look up his disciplinary record with the Bar before you engage with him on any level.

JD gets one star because he is a human being He convinced me to give him a valuable object in trust pending my gifting it to a Canadian Museum He kept it for five years refusing to return it although it was an In Trust Agreement where I am sole trustee and Beneficiary and refuses to give it to expert curators to examine I have spent over three thousand dollars by going to the law Society of BC to no avail His defamatory comments, his fabricated stories, and his stubborn refusal to return it or follow legal protocol, is apparently not "Eggregious enough" for the Lawyers of the BC Law Society He has been called "a bully' and "sleazy" by other ex clients He keeps no notes or records, has wet the blanket in the rain by strapping it onto his bike and keeps it in a garbage bag under his bed instead of following my instructions and gifting it to a Museum in Canada I allege FRAUD, DEFAMATION, THEFT OVER A THOUSAND, BREACH OF CONTACT John Davies is a shameful example of a lawyer using his title to hurt others
