The sale process was pretty straightforward, Joey's office took care of everything and his admin, Lindsay, is super organized. The staging was set up through his office as was a pre-listing inspection. The photos came out great after the staging.

The market started out slower than expected and I heard from Joey regularly with updates on what he was doing behind the scenes. It picked up and after a few showings we received an offer, after a quick negotiation, the house sold.

Joey Abrams provided great information on the property, he had a home inspection done beforehand, therefore he was able to answer all of our questions extremely accurately. He also understood what the property we were interested in was lacking compared to other homes for sale/recently sold and had rough quotes that helped us factor our initial offer. Lastly, while considering our offer, Joey generated a list of all comparable sales within the area for the past year so we were able to make an educated offer. He really compiled a lot of data for us that helped us feel in control when making an offer, and, his intimate knowledge of the property based on his home inspection was extremely refreshing. We are extremely happy with the results of his service. Furthermore, Joey conducted himself with a high degree of professionalism and was able to help us get the house we wanted quickly.
