Joe is a real stand up dude. When asked if he could do a favor for me, he didn't even blink. He jumped at the opportunity to help out! He's a pillar of the community who's deep dive into the pizza pies that we love shine a light on establishments we might otherwise pass up. Just this last weekend, the fellas and I visited Yank's based off of Joe's score and we were not disappointed. He's enthusiastically local, and an all-around font of information and good humor.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first home with Joe and he honestly was an absolute dream to work with! He took the time to explain every piece of information to us and guided us in with what would be best. Both of us felt very comfortable with Joe and trusted his expertise with our biggest purchase. The best part about working with Joe was we never felt pressured and always felt respected. Even after our closing date, Joe has still reached out to us to see how our home experience is going. Joe Gonzalez is Niagara’s BEST realtor. Hands down. He is a kind, funny, down to earth, and caring man. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the processes on both buying and selling. His customer service and communication is top notch. Joe was a joy to work with from the start. Sense of humor, which was a plus for my husband and myself. Most importantly, he was honest.
He not once gave us false hope into the expectation and length of time for selling our home. Joe was prompt, and very on top of his game. He brought through other agents, got feedback from them, did great videos and photos to show our home and always made sure that viewings worked with us and our growing family.
The rapor between Joe, myself and husband was nothing short of great communication. When there was not much action (listed in the slow season) he always made sure to give us a shout just to say nothing new on his end. It was expected, but he faithfully took the time out of his long days to make sure we were happy.
If you are planning on selling or looking to buy, look no further. Joe and his team are everything you've been looking for and more.

I wanted to reach out to express my appreciation for Gavin and all his dedication over the last few months. We have been trying to buy and sell property since June and nothing has worked out for us. Having a deal fall apart was difficult but having an agent to provide a positive outlook made it much more bearable.
Gavin has been such an amazing asset throughout this time. He told us on the day we met him that he would be available for anything we needed and he was. He was always available by phone, or text and made sure to accommodate our family for showings. He was knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and concerns. He reached out to us to check in with how we were doing and even expressed concern when I was sick.
He was always friendly and upbeat. Once on a showing he stepped in a sump pump hole and got sludge all over his foot but he handled himself perfectly. He was a real trooper, laughing and making jokes within seconds.
We would gladly use Gavin again in the future and value his hard work and dedication so much.

Joe is an amazing realtor and human being. He provided support and encouragement during a difficult time. He went beyond the typical duties of a realtor on numerous occasions to ensure the sale of my home went smoothly. For example, he always arranged to meet when convenient for me, he dropped of a key when I was out of town so the cleaning service could clean the home, he attended city hall on my behalf to get the tax certificate and also attended the house for the final water inspection.
I cannot fully express how easy Joe made selling my home. We had very frank and honest discussions about pricing, listing dates and times and improvements that would allow the home to sell at maximum value. I fully appreciate Joe’s attention to detail and his comparative market analysis that gives a picture of the market, comparable and projected outcomes; it is based in his knowledge and understanding of the market in Niagara Region.
Joe’s ability to be flexible and meet client’s needs is exceptional and simply the best out there. We collaborated on the sale price, based on his comparative analysis and the work that I had completed to the home and decided on a listing price and a listing date. We both agreed that listing on a Monday was the best choice and it resulted in five showings the date of list with three offers that day. Joe then took the time, at 9pm, to review and select the best offer to counter. I can say with the sales strategy the property sold for $10,000 over asking with a two-week close and I am ecstatic about. We set simple goals: list and sell quickly, short closing and asking price or above. All of those goals exceeded.
Joe worked tirelessly, even while on vacation, to secure the successful sale of my home. He was in constant communication during his vacation and I even had to remind him that everyone deserves a vacation and he should enjoy his time away, but he always said his clients come first. He was not just taking he was proving it. Day in and day out, he was reachable and responsive which is exactly what you want in a realtor.
The reality is that, I can tell you that Joe loves his job that he does not make feel like a job. His humor and responsiveness to questions and concerns is simply outstanding. This was not my first real estate transaction but it was the most complicated and Joe handled it with such kindness and professionalism. His passion for helping people is what all people should aspire to do through their careers. Joe’s transparency and ability to manage complex situations makes him a huge asset in any real estate transaction, whether buying or selling. The enthusiasm and desire to help people with possibly the largest transaction of their lives is inspirational.
He called me in the evening of his vacation, from a swinging bridge in Curacao, to tell me that my house had officially sold. This little call just demonstrates how much Joe cares about his clients and his business reputation.
I can quote myself with a conversation with my real estate lawyer that “Joe really earned his commission on this sale between dropping off keys, picking up documents, getting listings signed, reviewing offers and being a support and sounding board”. My lawyer was genuinely impressed with Joe’s communication skills and ability to deliver information as needed.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Joe and made the Right Choice when selecting a realtor. I cannot recommend him and his brokerage when buying or selling property in Niagara Region.
