quality products. dealing with him again when he replaces nine windows and five doors that another Walkerton company installed was a joke. Had to have them come back several times to fix installation mistakes. (No insulation between windows and frame. Cold air leaks so bad we needed to put plastic over brand new windows. Window quality great! Installation sucked. When they returned they then installed with too much spray foam that it wouldn't allow my custom fit blinds to fit. It wrinkled them and buckles the header.

Had an amazing experience with Jim and his crew! They did an awesome job of replacing several windows, a door and the entire siding on the house! They went above and beyond to accommodate any and all my requests and I’m truly thankful and pleased with the finished product! Can’t say enough about their work and professional job! Thank you, Jim, Craig and Keith! You’ve made me “one happy camper”!! Highly recommend this company 👍👍

Over a period of time, we had all of the windows on our old stone house replaced by the incredibly competent MacArthur team. Jim and the boys go beyond the call of duty. They honour their quote. They take great pride in their workmanship, and it is top notch. North Star windows are the best money can buy. Jim's team is now replacing the windows on my parents' home. I only wish we still lived near the area his company serviced. As far as my husband and I are concerned, they are the best in the business... second to no one! Excellent experience every single time!!!

I will never shop anywhere else ! They are the best. We are completely happy with Jim and his crew . Lovely new door, superb service, clean, on time, very professional. All promises kept . My highest recommendations!! We couldn't be happier .They will be doing the other door and windows in the future.

Poor service.
Called for an estimate never called back. Finally booked a person to come out and measure for an estimate they called and cancelled the day of. Re-booked that appointment they never showed up.
