Jeff helped me sell my condo this spring, after I pulled back on a hasty listing in fall of 2021. He didn't pester me or try to influence my decision then, but was ready to go into action when he saw I was ready.
So my general opinion of real estate agents has undergone a shift (positive!) due to working with Jeff. Only use him if you value decency, candour, attention to detail, an ability to give guidance and direction in a thoughtful, non-bulldozing way?, patience, and excellent feel for timing and price!
