We selected JDC for a complete gut and rebuild of our house, including the demolition of an existing addition and the construction of a new one. Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive and supportive, consistently answering emails within 24 hours, often the same day, and answering phone calls immediately.

The quality of construction was outstanding and arguably the best residential work I've seen. Everything within the house is square and true, making the installation of everything from the flooring to the kitchen cabinets seamless. During the construction, JDC ensured the house was weatherproof and while maintaining the cleanest site I've ever encountered. The place was swept daily, materials were organized out of the way, and it they proceeded with construction in a logical way.

From a schedule perspective, they finished ahead of their commitments to us and were able to work through the changes we requested without delays.

Working with JDC was a pleasure, and we would highly recommend them.

JDC helped us with fixing our house and garage after a doordash driver smashed his car into it causing significant damage and doordash refused to be held accountable.
The crew was excellent and cleaned up after themselves well. Communication was prompt and professional! The work is top notch and top quality! Definitely will be using JDC for any future renovations and building plans! They go above and beyond!

We recently had JDC Custom Homes Inc. build our custom designed home in the country. From the beginning stages of design with Natasha right up to the finishing details organized by Paul and his foreman Tim, we are extremely happy with the results! We were able to move in as per our scheduled plan too. Shout out to Darren and Joel, as well as the many skilled trades JDC is affiliated with.
We love our custom kitchen, floor to ceiling fireplace, master bedroom on the main level, cathedral ceilings and upper level that overlooks the open concept main level. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build their dream home.
