My husband and I were first time home buyers and we were so excited to buy our first home. A friend of mine recommended Jay to us and I am so happy we decided to work with him.
Jay made the home buying process as seamless and stress free as possible. During our first meeting with Jay, he sat down with us and went over the process, what we could expect and explained all the paperwork. It was overwhelming at first but during the buying process it was nice to know everything before hand. Jay is super knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even ones that weren't directly to the home buying process. We really enjoyed house hunting with Jay, it felt like we were house hunting with a friend. Jay was great about working around our schedules, especially with my husband working night shifts. He was available anytime we needed him and we always felt supported. There were a few homes that we looked at that weren't the right home. They were nice homes and even when we couldn't explain what it was about the house that we didn't like, that it was just a feeling, Jay was so understanding and supported our feelings. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us purchase our first home! We absolutely love our home, and we wouldn't have found it without Jay's help and guidance! Jay gave us great recommendations for a Home Inspector and Lawyer. Jay has checked in with us after we closed on the house to see how our move went, how we were settling into the house and if we needed anything. He truly cares about all his clients and he goes above and beyond. We can't wait to work with Jay again!
